KHAYBAR Residency is a guesthouse in Amsterdam Noord — a home opened to travellers who seek more than a place to sleep. Four bedrooms, a balcony, a rooftop terrace, and a covenant: for every nine nights a guest stays, ten meals are given in the name of Fatima Zahra (as).

This platform lets guests book directly — without a platform standing between them and the host. You receive an arrival link, set your intention, and read the covenant before you come. A 10% deposit secures your dates; the balance is settled at check-in. No hidden fees, no intermediary commissions.

The residency is built and maintained by WAW Concepts B.V. (KvK 98323873), under the holding of Three Wise Men B.V. — a family operation, led by Laila Sadat and her sons. The house is for travellers who value stillness, trust, and the dignity of a direct relationship.
